• Recommended Recipe:

  • Boil after combine 1 chicken, water (150ml), and Simmer Sauce
    • Slightly cook chicken before simmering for less oily taste
  • When boil, reduce the flame and simmer another 15 minutes
  • Add one diced potato and cover the lid
  • Boil down with weak flame until potato is well cooked
  • Stir fry until broth is simmered and add Red Pepper and Scallion
    • Manage amount of Red Pepper based on your taste
